Procedures for Associate Membership

  2. Application Rorms, Referee Report document and Explanatory Notes are available from Australian Property Institute National website www.api.org.au
  3. Contact Margaret Sinclair, Administration and Membership Manager, on 02 9299 1811 if you have any queries
  4. If you are a current member please ensure that your membership subscription has been paid prior to the lodgement of your application form.
  5. Forward completed application form, 3 completed referee reports, required evidence of qualifications and application fee to the Division
  6. Upon receipt of all of the above the application will be considered by the Membership Committee.
  7. A professional interview or induction session is arranged.
  8. Upon successful completion of the professional interview, the application is considered by Divisional Council.
  9. Applicant advised of Divisional Council ratification of membership and invoiced for annual membership fee
  10. Member notified when membership certificate is available
